Why Not to Spend Penny on Gambling, Gaming Apps, Especially MMORPGS

December 5, 2018 Leave a comment

Not that not everyone didn’t figure it out already, but games like castle burn, command and conquer, star trek online (mmorpgs) use a psychological trick (and it’s a scam and dishoneet) by forcing players into a losing streak once you near level up, tier up or top 100, you think, “i’ll get that guy back” or “no fair” pump in 99 cents, to get a card rigged to be super rare (valkyrie) and another and so on till you’re broke. It’s literally a gambling pyramid scheme that uses non-paying players as the sacrificial lambs, then once you start paying you’re marked metaphorically as a dupe, you start winning, get close to that big goal and then higher payers and higher carded opponents are chosen by the scamware to knock you down (which may even be bots given the huge number of pointless names similar to Carlos3933Ts). And do u think these conartist developers care if you end up homeless, divorced or beat your kids or kick your dog in mounting frustration? Nope. So, I advice everyone to stop paying into this game and any like it. You’re unlikely to be a one percenter, and so ultimately are a poor guy fighting a bot masquerading as human or a rich guy. Imagine if chess were this way, in which you paid to give electric shocks to your opponent, poison, freeze or burn him (ever read about the psychology experiment using volunteers shocking each other back and forth who never saw each other? Guess what, you’re now paying you gullible dupe.)

Other reasons not to pay into, for example, Castle Burn:
1. Full of bugs, ads freeze the app over and over = pay to skip ads and just buy rubies
2. Keeps crashing on common tablets like kindle fire 7
3. Lack of consideration: no warning pop ups when account linking (I lost 500 points in rank linking to another device)
4. No warnings in card crafting and unfairly punishes players for transfering points, what is the point? Why not just award vials, it’s not like everyone will choose tanks and dragons, and even if so what? If you paid why not? Arbitrary system then.
5. Stingy app owner: no real prizes, just monopoly money and bigger-stick-then-you wins. Dudes, better to buy marijuana then waste your life and money like this.
6. Self-centered and arrogant: they don’t use customer input, and if so, do not reward.
7. Not enough cards, no customization but baby icons, anyone tiring of the extreme repetition?
8. No moderation, your kid could play against anyone using any filthy name.
9. Pointless building times and upgrade times: think: why are we waiting for a game that deliberately uses stalling? In training mode ok, but when not why am I and you waiting 5 seconds for a building to pop up, it’s for realism right? Real just like a catmage and two legged bull with an axe is realistic, right? Obviously not. So, you’re literally wasting your life for some dot on a screen to show up while others around you are making actual real world games and progress, and you? You paying for monopoly money.

After almost getting into the top 100 in gold tier 1, lost an astounding 7-9 times in a row, and $200 paid, 1,200 battle engagements, and still missing two cards: valkyrie and spellbook, and low level players and high beating me easily, and it’s a completely predictable psychological scam; “i need to pay more because they must have, and if not then I will because I should win against stupid named players like, “pube”, “squats_to_pee”, “whitetrash”, “loser”, “stupidgirl”, “cheesewins”, “better-than-you”

Stop making these lazy carelees casino game and app makers wealthy, invest in Heaven instead.

A Clear Scam: Clear Wire’s Fraudlent 4G Speed Claims

June 7, 2013 1 comment

So I get the Clear Wireless 4G hotspot modem a few days ago from Wireless Toys, which has SHIT customer service, left my phone in need of repair on their desk FOR MORE THAN A WEEK with no explanation, and a customer service guy I called just now, to make a long story short, tells me to reposition my modem along with disconnecting it, like no one could possibly think of doing that on their own? I tell the guy that I can’t move my location because it’s where I do my work, and it’s already next to my window, and he’s still telling me where to face it by giving me landmarks I’ve never heard of. It’s not a satellite antenna, it can’t be FACED only moved, yet he kept saying faced. I even asked him: “Do you mean like turning it upside down?” and he said “No.” And he kept stalling for time, playing the waiting game, pretending to be doing something useful, when the problem has been obvious from the start: the bandwidth was clogged with users, I was the one that even said that near the end of his “support”. I had even early on simply asked to be credited for the problem, as in get money back or a discount but delay delay delay he did instead, even near the end of his help telling me what tower I was connected to… WHO CARES?! HOW IS THAT GOING TO HELP? HOW MANY TIMES DID I NEED TO TELL HIM I WOULDN’T MOVE MY COMPUTER? It’s not like I’m using A CELL PHONE, IN WHICH THE ULTRA OBVIOUS IS TO MOVE ELSEWHERE WITH IT, I’M ON A COMPUTER, THAT’S WHAT THE MODEM IS FOR, NOT A LITTLE MOBILE PHONE. And so, in the end, after wasting, pointlessly, 30 minutes of time, oh and did I mention the speed test he had me do? No, so I went to speedtest.com like he asked me to early on in the support, and surprise, it took a long time to load, when it did, it gave me this result:

In the end, the customer service guy said he’d get me $10 off my coming bill. How about I just get a full refund and return this junk? Should I get a refund? Let me know.

Update: (4:33 AM 8/8/2013) Some hours ago after posting this I looked at the receipt, lo and behold Wireless Toyz’ return policy says on the receipt, and remember, is a thing you get AFTER you buy the item, not before:

“Satisfaction Comes First! Items must be in the original packaging with all original printed material, consist of the original [co]mponents and in an unused condition, An original copy of the Wireless Toyz receipt is required and the transaction must take place at the original place of purcahse.”

That’s “Satisfaction Comes First” for the customer? No, that’s greedisfaction for the owner of the store and the franchise owner, not the customer. No wonder the windows were scratched up and BB gunned at the Wireless Toyz store I bought this modem from.

Update (5.29 PM 6/8/2013): Something else I noticed later was that at all times the wifi signal strength has been at full, interesting that the customer service guy happened to never ask if the signal strength indicator showed any increase or decrease. I think he already knew what was going on and so was simply stalling for time, hoping I wouldn’t cancel my service.

Nice.

Update 11:31 PM: After going through THREE more customer service people, the first two hanging up on me after a length waste of my prepaid minutes, though one mentioned I could move the modem around without it having to be attached to my computer, which though helpful only made it clear that the spot it was in was the best, right where I was when I called, got back to the final conclusion of the original or second customer service person I called in this saga, that the tower was having high network traffic, in other words, overloaded. Yet I’m only getting 10 bucks off next month, not the following months, just that one.

Update 06-10/2013: It’s about 3:34 AM now and just before the morning, or somewhere around it I discovered that Clear Wire had COMPLETELY blocked any torrents I was trying to download so that I wasn’t even seeing seeders. So, of course I called again, and what did I get? The typical redundant questioning, and the male agent said he didn’t know what torrents were. Sure. And he kept giving long pauses to the point where I had to hang up on him. Then a few minutes later after more delays including by the automated system, giving me useless info I got another agent, a woman named Jessica who sounded Filipino. So after a lot of wasted time, she asks me, “Did you check with the torrent software” maker to see if there was anything wrong with it. Seriously? So say, “Hey, utorrent, is it just me or does your software no longer work you number one torrent software company used by tens of millions of users!?” Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Then she tells me that they no longer allow torrent sharing. I told her that if that were true and they weren’t just blocking me directly then it would reflect in my bandwidth speed, so then I went to speedtest.net and told her the results, and it was harldy different then not many hours before, maybe 1 megabit more from 1.7 megabits when I last checked:

Even if they did block all torrent sharing, it still is nothing close to 4G speed, and early in the morning on a Monday there should be a huge increase then. But clearly Clear fails the test. It’s obvious that either they are blocking my torrent sharing or that torrent sharing is not a problem. Most likely they are blocking me because what are the odds they suddenly stop when I keep complaining about my torrent speed? Low being that they’ve been getting complaints about this all the time I’m sure. They even have an option in their phone system for “slow speed”. And if they really were blocking torrents, why would she NEXT ask:

“What type of file are you trying to download.” What’s that matter if they simply blocking torrents? What more is there to discuss? So after complaining that that had nothing to do with anything and asking if they were now going to force everyone to call them for permission to download various files and telling her I was trying to download software and later videos, she then says they don’t allow the downloading of videos. I then I hear this male in the background who apparently was listening to the convo and telling her what to say. Then she says “it’s ILLEGAL TO DOWNLOAD TORRENTS”. Oh like it’s illegal to make fraudulent claims about giving 4G speed when you don’t, and not even at times 56K modem speeds from the 1980’s? That kind of illegal? I then tell her I know she’s bullshitting me and that I reported them to the FCC. And I did report them to the FCC very thoroughly along with Wireless Toyz. So you have a company, Clear, who makes the clear low blow to attack the customer, and vindictively in my case to get me to go away, rather than to admit to lying about their advertising false download and upload speeds. Blame the customer for their illegal selling methods and drain their phone minutes in hopes they will no longer have any minutes or money to call you back to complain or ask for help. Low, vile, evil.

I hope you all now know NEVER TO GIVE CLEAR WIRE OR WIRELESS TOYZ YOUR BUSINESS, EVER.

Update 6/11/2013

I discovered clear also blocked my ability to access java online so that I only get an error message and ARE PREVENTING ME FROM USING MESSENGERS. They keep pretending to have nothing to do with it and have used up all my phone time, I have no more prepaid minutes thanks to these lying thieves from Hell.

Update 6/13/2013

Amazon.com has sanctioned 4G’s fraud modem and speed claims, when a customer told them they should stop selling the modem because of the fraudulent marketing claims including that of a tablet from a knock of China company pretending to have 4G capability, they terminated his account. I also found this a at 8:36 AM: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Jjr2GW-gZg If only I had seen this video three years ago, I may never have signed up with Clear Fraud.

Update 9 AM

So I chatted a few minutes ago with a Clear Fraud company, and after a short conversation noticed THEY WERE USING A JAVA PROGRAM TO TALK TO ME. So for those of you who didn’t believe that they were blocking Java content sites, THERE YOU GO, out of all the websites that had java, ONLY THERE’S WORKED!

9 PM

So I noticed Clear Wire, some hours after the chat, reenabled my ability to use java on other sites. At about the same time I encountered some bizarre problem a few minutes ago where the modem wouldn’t connect, nor could my computer connect to any other wifi signals, so I rebooted and waited forever it felt like for the modem to reset since I reset it, which itself is a pain since it’s right next to the USB cable and the reset plate is to the side of the hole! And when I connected to the modem again I tried out speedtest again and got this error message when it came time to test the upload ability:

The ping said something like 223 milliseconds, the download was about 3.5 mbps and then that error message came up. Awesome ISP huh? And then I decided to run the Glastnost test that says if your traffic is being shaped, aka throttled, in other words, you’re having certain things blocked from being able to be downloaded. And lo and behold it told me there was no evidence of that. The interesting thing is is that it required a java applet to do that test and only after the chat with Clear and now that I think about it, this modem disconnect did it start working again. In other words, Clear apparently read this article and soon after unblocked me. So I then tried to see if I could use torrents again, and guess what? All the sudden they work again. Then I looked into the “detailed” view of the Glasnost test and these were the results:

Glasnost: Test if your ISP is shaping your traffic

Detailed test results giving the throughput per flow Glasnost runs:

Clearly that’s nothing close to 4G or 3G.

Update 10:28 PM

I noticed a few minutes ago that unlike the past days, I’d directly connected my modem to my computer now, but when I disconnected it minutes later, the java and torrents stopped working. So then I tried plugging it in back again to get them started, and it wouldn’t work, so then I tried to reboot and had the problems I mentioned, part of my laptop screen being fully cracked up, but when I finally got back in and got things going again, the torrents worked again and the java. So, apparently this has something to do with the modem needing to be directly connected. However I noticed something that doesn’t make sense, the power button is glowing red, rather than green as it should be and even though I tried to power it off earlier, it is staying red. If the modem needs to be connected, than the customer services people’s suggestions to move the modem elsewhere in the house (away from the computer) is what was causing the problems. Now supposing that was the problem, why would the modem care if it was connected or not with regards to torrent transfer and java applets?! Now to test my messenger… It’s working.

Now here’s a question: Why would I want to pay $49+ a month for this crazy service, with crippled hot spot ability, instead of just going with Cricket, at $29 a month?

Update 6-15-2013

I found out at the same time that plugging the modem in is the only way to get torrents, messengers and java to work, that simply plugging it won’t necessarily work, but that you must restart your computer.

Denise Siegal – Fraud Psychic

September 21, 2012 Leave a comment

I’m listening to Coast to Coast AM right, now, to Denise Siegal, a supposed skeptical psychic and an astrology. She confuses prophecy with being psychic. That says a lot about her level of knowledge, no offense. And afterwards, George Noory, a moron, just caught her on what he thought was her contradicting herself it seemed to me, when she said she thought and felt we’re on the verge of WW3 (that’s not a prediction if you hadn’t noticed), although it wasn’t because you can do both. AND UGH: WHO IN THEE HELL NEEDS TO BE PSYCHIC TO THINK OR FEEL WE ARE?! What a stereotypical fraud psychic. Then George said after some other exchanges: “I don’t care about your opinions,” as if to be funny or rather meaning, “I only want your predictions.” After some other words she said that she FELT again that there’d be another world war sometime in the next THIRTY YEARS. WOW, AGAIN, STEREOTYPICAL VAGUE “PSYCHIC”: GIVE A BROAD AMOUNT OF TIME FOR YOURSELF TO BE RIGHT OR WRONG. What a joke. And incredible that a person like this gets a long line of comments on her about me page while someone like me, who actually teaches logic and truth, and gives evidence for what I say, clear evidence, is ignored. She doesn’t even show a picture of herself on her about me page or homepage (maybe because she knows it would be a bad idea if she wanted to get a real job, if her face became well known for for her scam). It’s shameful that liberals cheer each other on while Christians, the true ones, are usually silent.

A Resonating Insight Into Negative New Age Positivity

March 17, 2012 2 comments

To Tina Fiorda and Tilde Cameron:

Hi, I’m a logician. I don’t like to waste time so I will go right to the point:

You made a false claim that God, because he “is love” wouldn’t punish. God isn’t literally love, if so, he’d not be God, he’d be an emotion, which makes no sense, because emotions aren’t alive, they are are response of living beings. Further, if God could only love, he wouldn’t have a free will, he’d be a slave to love so to speak (supposing there was such thing as living love that could be God at the same time, but he’s not. It’s too convenient and wishful thinking.

So, major error there. Also, it’s common knowledge you punish for two reason: justice and to teach, just as you said, to teach. Is God NOT teaching by causing pain? Or is he not teaching when he exercises justice? Using your logic, no one should punish, people should get away with crimes, no one should be restrained even. Your logic is one sided and biased too, because you’re saying God shouldn’t have the right to exercise his truly free will.

Your second error: You said he gave us free will. Free will doesn’t justify doing wrong, it’s not a free ticket to do wrong or to try and do whatever we want.

Third error: You said, in response to the Christian who corrected you with the Bible, that “we feel” such and such. Feeling is inferior to reasoning. It’s by following your feelings over reasoning that is the main reason for fights (not as others say in a vague way, “religion” as in, “being religious.”) Simple example: children fighting, bad marrying decisions, unprepared pregnancy, leading to endless baby-murders, divorces and wrecked lives.

Fourth error (though is the same as the third one): Does that “resonate” with you? You said that your message “resonates” with you. What does that mean? It’s a vague statement that explains nothing. You also said that spirits can also be positive and not negative, and asked, “Why must they only be negative”? However your question is a rhetoric fallacy: your question doesn’t prove that spirits communicating in a way forbidden by the Bible won’t always be negative.

Fifth error: You’re use of the word “negative” is also vague. It has multiple meanings that don’t match. Negative can mean, “Displeasing”, “not having messages or an attitude conveying happiness” or “being unthankful and/or having a fault-finding attitude out of hatred”. The first two aren’t necessarily bad, the third is, so these definitions are not all compatible. Your question therefore could not be understood, it was meaningless. If you hadn’t used that deliberately deceptive New Age term and instead used the biblical “evil”, you would have been understandable and not teaching and spreading confusion.

The Bible makes it clear that consulting a spirit will have negative consequences because God forbade it, and sin (going against his command/s) leads to punishment, or what you might vaguely call “negative consequences.” That is why you will always. if “a spirit” really is speaking to you, get a deceptive message over all (not that every single thing said is going to be a lie). It’s also not the same as a sin like theft, in which you may have a temporary “positive” as you might call it, result, like getting a bottle of aspirin and getting rid of a headache. A demon doesn’t do anything beneficial, nothing significantly beneficial, not usually at least. It’s intent is always to deceive or facilitate some deception, including just by being silent if that’s all it feels like doing or was told to do by Satan. A demon is not like a genie in a bottle. It’s like an angry tormented snake covered in sharp thorns that wants to relieve its pain and is willing to harm you if it thinks it can ease its pain by doing so.

Sixth error: You’re use of the word “spirit” is also deceptively vague. You’re purposely avoiding specifying angels and demons and attempting to make people think that you can also talk to dead humans. There is no evidence, with the exception of one debatable verse in the Bible, that humans, especially unforgiven ones, will communicate after dying.

Seventh error: You said God unconditionally loves. Who says that, and what is the evidence for that? The Bible certainly doesn’t teach that, and if it did, it would be a major contradiction using your interpretation. You’re picking and choosing which verses you want to believe, and simply going with what is convenient and sounds most pleasing to your ears.

Eighth error: You can’t create a reality and there is no such thing as more than one. That’s an incorrect usage of the word. The way in which you use it goes opposite of one of the only definitions, which is, “The state of the world as it really is rather than as you might want it to be.” So you’re midefining it, completely going against it, by saying there is more than one reality. The word has not been used that way till New Agers started misusing it. It’s a delusional use of the word and sets people up for a fall and can get people killed because you are teaching people that they can literally cause dangerous things to be safe just by wishing or that lies can be true just by wishing, like making child abuse a good thing that directly helps children, or driving on the wrong side of traffic something that will improve safety, or jumping off a cliff something that will be a positive experience that leads to enlightenment and immorality rather. It’s an extremely against common sense delusion. It could even cause children to become mentally ill if they were repeatedly taught to believe in imaginary things and told that they can wish things into reality or wish things away, like the sun, and are later traumatized into a permanent mentally deluded state when someone abuses them, by endlessly responding with delusional defenses like pretending that the abuse is good, and even becoming worse by becoming addicted to abuse. Your reality creating fallacy is actually one of the roots of all logical fallacies: denial of absolute truth or rather, that there are absolute lies. And to deny that leads to endless confusion and mistakes. Your claim that we can create realities therefore refutes your very claim, because I can, according to you, create a reality in which you are completely false (and yet that can’t be true either because you deny that there is anything that can be completely true), hence why I said your reality is unworkable. An analogy of your teaching would be if we lived in a completely red universe, yet you say, “The universe is blue, but not truly, really, it’s red, but not really; because we can see blue if we want too, because we have free will. Just imagine you’re seeing red only?” And of course you ignore the test: just check to see if anyone is able to see red only using something other than your feelings and imagination.

So, you’ve created a life-wrecking, false and contradictory reality if anything, one that isn’t loving as you repeatedly insisted during your interview by Noory. And your using vague words makes it harder for the ignorant, gullible and stupid to realize that.

I hope you appreciate my patience in using my “free will” and valuable time to correct your mistakes for the benefit of all. You can learn how to be saved via the salvation link above.

This is the Coast to Coast AM show description (from coasttocoastam.com) of the show they were on:

Consciousness & Reality
Date: 11-02-11
Host: George Noory
Guests: Dr. Vernon Neppe, Edward R. Close, Jerome Corsi

Neuropsychiatrist Dr. Vernon Neppe and physicist Dr. Edward Close discussed their work integrating science, mathematics, and philosophy with consciousness studies to arrive at their new paradigm shifting model– “Reality Begins with Consciousness.” Neppe (who appeared in the 2nd & 4th hours) pointed out how every ‘Theory of Everything,’ such as put forth by Einstein and Hawking, has had major failings because they haven’t factored in consciousness into the equation. He described three levels of consciousness– neurological, psychological, and a kind of meta-consciousness which pulls in information from all sources, and “technically would not require a brain…and implies infinity.”

Meta-consciousness suggests that life-after-death is a reality, as consciousness can exist outside the brain, Neppe noted. “In our model, we cogently argue that time is not just one linear dimension that goes past, present, future, but that there are several different dimensions of time,” and all of existence could be said to exist at the same time because “we have an extended amount of time that always is, was, and will exist,” he continued. Dr. Close (appearing in the third hour) commented that scientific views have been limited for many years, and required a more expansive paradigm or framework.

Using mathematics, Close developed his theory of “dimensional extrapolation,” which suggests the existence of additional dimensions– at least 10, which coincides with what has been said in string theory. There are three dimensions of time, three of space, and three of consciousness, and a 10th dimension that is “transfinite,” he detailed. Humans inhabit all of these dimensions, “however there are also other forms of consciousness that inhabit some of the dimensions” that may or may not impinge on what we experience through our physical senses, he explained. “The universe itself is conscious and intelligent and has an innate order to it,” Neppe added.

According to these two scientists, there was nothing that ruled out the existence of God in their Theory of Everything. One of them also said that their science colleagues were afraid to talk about UFOs because they were afraid their reputation might be damaged and would not get the support they wanted or were getting from the University they were in. I don’t remember if these scientists believed in intelligent design or not. They did however believe in UFOs and psychic phenomenon, and said that those scientists who denied such things were real were brainwashed. And if you read their biography, it’s clear that these are not simple idiots but among the top “wise” of the world. One of them is even an expert in psychology, brain medicines, and even on how the brain physically works! So if they are saying Mainstream Scientists are (in general), brainwashed, and you combine that statement with the claims of scientists who believe in Intelligent Design and/or the Bible and ones who are also accomplished ones (and combine that with the former atheist champion Antony Flew‘s statements against atheism); it puts Mainstreamers in a very bad light and is strong evidence that they are not trustworthy with philosophical or religious truths, let alone ones discovered through the classical scientific method of Mainstreamers. <a href="http://amzn.to/thoeryofeverything“>Dr. Close published a book this Theory of Everything. I’m not sure why Neppe isn’t included as at least an editor since I thought I heard them say they both worked on this theory, or maybe Neppe just “peer reviewed” it. The show can be heard on Youtube, just click here. It’s sad that it will take seeing God himself and being before the entrance to Hell before some will finally believe in God and his justice, and by that time, there will be no more mercy, no more offer of salvation.
