Ian Punnet Does Some Good on Coast to Coast AM

Last night Ian had on a guest named Robert Landori on Coast to Coast AM, and as usual snorting a laugh soon into the show. At one point Landori made a very ignorant comment, claiming that Christianity taught that mankind was good but sometimes fell off the boat. When Ian began to reply to Landori’s mistake it sounded to me at first like he was going to overlook the comment or try to say something in agreement with it, but instead and he seemed to seemed to be trying to gently correct him, by just saying the opposite without a hint of anger in his voice, and his guest seemed to agree with Ian’s response. Whether or not Ian should have been blunt and simply said that he was wrong and gave evidence for the opposite I’m not sure, but at least he gave some correction. When I first heard the topic of the show I was somewhat angry, since I was hoping for something about the supernatural or cryptozoology or UFOs, but the guest and the stories he told turned out to be interesting and in keeping with the theme of the show, some were strange, yet all amazing, to me at least.

Ian Punnett’s Lies, Near Death Experiences, OOBE, Demons and Hell

This morning on the Coast to Coast AM radio show Ian Punnett was hosting and interviewed Pim van Lommel concerning his book Consciousness Beyond Life,The Science of the Near-Death Experience. Ian, a false Christian heretic sophist on the Bible, once again spread misinformation about it, saying that it spoke little of Hell (wrong) and that what it did say described it as a place of rebirth. HUH!? Where did Idiot Punnett get that from? According to the Bible once a human is in Hell you don’t get out, and it is a place of permanent continuous painful punishment and sorrow with little comfort:

“There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores. The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’ But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’ He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my father’s house, for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.'” – Luke 16:19-28

“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory. 32All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left. Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’ Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ He will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’ Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” – Matthew 25:46

And this much older passage says,

In the twelfth year, on the fifteenth day of the month, the word of Jehovah came to me: “Son of man, wail for the hordes of Egypt and consign to the earth below both her and the daughters of mighty nations, with those who go down to the pit. Say to them, ‘Are you more favored than others? Go down and be laid among the uncircumcised.’ They will fall among those killed by the sword. The sword is drawn; let her be dragged off with all her hordes. From within the grave the mighty leaders will say of Egypt and her allies, ‘They have come down and they lie with the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword.’ Assyria is there with her whole army; she is surrounded by the graves of all her slain, all who have fallen by the sword. Their graves are in the depths of the pit and her army lies around her grave. All who had spread terror in the land of the living are slain, fallen by the sword. Elam is there, with all her hordes around her grave. All of them are slain, fallen by the sword. All who had spread terror in the land of the living went down uncircumcised to the earth below. They bear their shame with those who go down to the pit. A bed is made for her among the slain, with all her hordes around her grave. All of them are uncircumcised, killed by the sword. Because their terror had spread in the land of the living, they bear their shame with those who go down to the pit; they are laid among the slain. Meshech and Tubal are there, with all their hordes around their graves. All of them are uncircumcised, killed by the sword because they spread their terror in the land of the living. Do they not lie with the other uncircumcised warriors who have fallen, who went down to the grave with their weapons of war, whose swords were placed under their heads? The punishment for their sins rested on their bones, though the terror of these warriors had stalked through the land of the living. You too, O Pharaoh, will be broken and will lie among the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword. Edom is there, her kings and all her princes; despite their power, they are laid with those killed by the sword. They lie with the uncircumcised, with those who go down to the pit. All the princes of the north and all the Sidonians are there; they went down with the slain in disgrace despite the terror caused by their power. They lie uncircumcised with those killed by the sword and bear their shame with those who go down to the pit. Pharaoh—he and all his army—will see them and he will be consoled for all his hordes that were killed by the sword, declares the Sovereign Jehovah. Although I had him spread terror in the land of the living, Pharaoh and all his hordes will be laid among the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword, declares the Sovereign Jehovah.” – Ezekiel 32:17-32

Another ancient passage says:

From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me,” says Jehovah. “And they will go out and look upon the dead bodies of those who rebelled against me; their worm will not die, nor will their fire be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind.” – Isaiah 66:23-24

So where did this heretic get “rebirth” out of eternal punishment? What a deceiving teacher this Punnett is, and shameful that as usual, he is still careless with his babble about the Bible despite me writing to him about his severe mistakes on the Bible long ago. Dr. Pommel also said soon after Ian’s nasty mistake that the people who return from their oobe’s come back more spiritual and less religious and are more in to reading the Bible and that “church is not as important” to them, all of these things, except for reading the Bible more, are more contrary to God, not more morally positive or “spiritually evolved” as some simpleton morons would say. This is because the Bible teaches that religion IS spiritual, which is true, because spiritual things are intangible, and much of the religion of Christianity is spiritual based: obeying good laws like refraining from making and worshiping imaginary gods, not lying, not stealing, not committing adultery, not murdering, loving your neighbor as yourself and which includes being forgiving. So this Dr., not surprising, is babbling when it comes to religion, and this is not surprising being that he does not have expertise in religion and is not very familiar with it, but rather with medicine and what those who’ve died have said about their experiences. It is apparent that at least some of these experiences are demonic illusions created around the SOUL (not spirit) of a person while it is out of their body (though not disconnected) to give them a false impression of what the real situation is concerning religion and God. This matches what the Bible says about deceiving demonic manifestations (which would include visions). For those who don’t know much about the Bible, you should also know that it says that Satan and his angels (demons) can appear as angels of light, in other words can look like the good angels.

A while after this Ian got a caller named Jim who informed Ian of his error about the Bible not talking about Hell much, and Jim made the mistake of going on about Jesus being the only way to Heaven rather than saying what Jesus said about Hell, as Ian then lowered the volume on the caller as he was speaking claiming that he (Ian) was talking about what people said about Hell after the Bible was written (which was a lie as that isn’t what Ian said), and that the caller was injecting descriptions about Hell which were not in the Bible, which was a lie as the caller didn’t give any descriptions that could be heard and Ian lowered the volume on him and spoke over him, and then Ian gave this alleged error the caller was making a technical theological name to sound like he was some scholar on the Bible, only briefly allowing the volume back at a normal level at which the caller asked something like, “You’re saying I’m describing Hell in the way the Bible doesn’t?” or at least that is what he meant. So Ian lied and used a bait and switch tactic: switching from his false claim that the Bible didn’t mention Hell much and the caller pointing out Jesus talked about it a lot, and then switching to a different subject: what people describe Hell as being like after the die. On top of that Ian didn’t say what the Bible says about Hell after implying that the caller’s (non)description was false. So tell us Ian Expert on the Bible With His Perfect Lense on the Bible and Life: what is the correct description? Tell us Great Judge Ian. But you didn’t, because you’re an ignorant idiot when it comes to the Bible and like every prideful fool, you resent being corrected.

Ian then smugly said that “maybe Jim shouldn’t read this book” because it doesn’t confirm that Jesus is the only way to Heaven and that Christians have the same experience as non-Christians (which implies that the book is evidence that the Bible is a lie, evidence that Jesus isn’t needed), and that our “lense” on life is important and then implied that that lense biases us, which is load of false claims, because,

1) that same lense would bias you too hypocrite Ian who denies with your lense comment that anyone but those who agree with your feelings and your lense can know the absolute truth (hypocrisy),

2) besides the Bible already being confirmed by all kinds of evidences as being true itself,

3) the book does not contain evidence that anyone who went to Heaven was allowed to stay, only an implication that some people had a choice, and yet at least one testimony the Dr. mentioned which slipped right over Ian’s head, was that one woman while out of her body was forced to go back in to care for her children;

4) Ian stereotyped all Christians!: Who said a Catholic is the same as a Calvinist?;

5) None of the testimony in the book said anything about God saying that Jesus was not needed to get to Heaven, not from the mouth of Jesus or God;

6) Ian was deceptive about what both non-Christians and Christians have said about what Hell is like when they experienced what they thought was it while out of their body. Ian was deceptive by being vague, and by being vague didn’t distinguish between misconptions of what Hell is like (like some people are so stupid they think they can have some kind of tormented fun / “rule in Hell” by tormenting others and bossing them around, and OOB descriptions of Hell, eye witness testimony that is, which DOES match the Bible’s description, except one case I remembered from Unsolved Mysteries, in which a mean-hearted atheist named Howard Storm had a vision of Hell or had gone there as he believed, and as a result (contrary to what Dr. Lommel said was the normal reaction: to become “more spiritual” (in some vague, nebulous way)), BECAME A CHRISTIAN MINISTER AS A RESULT! In old age Howard still repeated his testimony. Another example come from Bill Wiese, who became a fundamentalist Christian after experiencing what he believed was Hell, whom George Noory interviewed just last month! The show was on July 12, 2010. He called that segment of his show “23 minutes in Hell”, and what a surprise: George made fun of him and denied that Jesus could be the only way when the guest told him that (and big surprise too then that Ian, whom George protects so far as to pretend nothing happens when Ian blunders (obvious example which Ian joked about on a recent show, has the same outspoken hateful denial.) And just six months before that, George interviewed (again), a non-Christian named Glenn Kimball, who would vainly spend his money to study various ancient religious texts. Now this man Glenn was important to the staff of Coast to Coast AM because he was their first guest allegedly and a universalist like them. He was so loved by them that they did a tribute show to him and made sort of memorial to him on their Coast to Coast AM website coasttocoastam.com. Ian also did a tribute to him on a show. The coasttocoastam.com biography page on Glenn Kimball says:

Glenn Kimball has a B.A. in Journalism and an M.A. in Communications. In addition he has successfully completed all course work for a Ph.D. in Communications and passed his doctoral exams, lacking his dissertation. He was the former president of International Exchange School and vice president of two cellular phone companies. Glenn has taught school at Southern Illinois University and was ranked by student evaluations in the top ten instructors at the university. He has been collecting ancient texts since the age of fifteen and is famous for being able to integrate very diverse texts into a contiguous story line.

And there is more vain babble about him which disgusts me too much to put here. In his last interview, with George, Glenn

Now why does he matter?: because in his last interview, which George Noory performed, Glenn gave his testimony about his over 24 hours worth of experiencing Hell, saying that it was so bad that he wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone, AND GEORGE DID NOT MAKE FUN OF HIM, unlike how he treated the fundamentalist Christian. And Ian, not surprisingly, made no mention of this in his tribute. I wrote about this last interview with Glenn soon after it was made. George also did not bring up Glenn’s testimony again. How can they both be so conveniently forgetful? Even if Hell is merely a state of mind as George claimed, why would it still be nothing to mention? Are states of mind easy always easy change? When a person is sad let alone depressed, is it easy to just be happy as some shallow morons and “gurus” claim it is? NO, everyone knows that, even the morons who peddle their “just be happy, don’t worry” nonsense. Though the Bible says to think on that which is lovely and good, no doubt to help people break out of their sadness, worries and anger, it never treats any of those experiences as something you can just snap out of. So there are three testimonies which refute George and Ian and other universalists like them, again: Howard Storm, former atheist, to Glenn Kimball, a vain universalist like George and Ian have a spiritually ill love for, to Bill Wiese, a Calvinist.

7) Ian is probably thinking (or feeling rather) that the anti-Christian behavior of people after having had an OOBE is evidence against the Bible being fully true, but why would that be evidence against it? Were the people who saw the miracles of Jesus right to believe Jesus to be a liar after seeing the miracles, or right to side with the Pharisees out of fear of being put out of their church (synagogue)? NO! Like the Bible says, humans are desperately wicked and make mistakes, and simply leaving your body does not make you an automatic wise person on religion or so called “spirituality”, nor does seeing an angel, or a miracle or being helped by an angel.

Besides those things, Ian is being gullible and a simpleton, just believing whatever it is these oobe experiencers say, and making the very mistake he claimed Jim and other fundamentalist Christians make, which is injecting their own views and allowing their biased view to distort what they are seeing. Ian is a blind guide parroting cliche attacks that lack evidence and depth, and parroting them in hypocrisy. Ian was basically using the typical “point and making lying accusations without evidence with a calm confident tone” way of arguing. Ian, like many arrogant people, make the mistake of flattering themselves as being decent or good which includes reasonable and logical, and taking their belief in their decentness or goodness as evidence that they are truly decent or good, reasonable and logical, but a person’s mere belief in whatever it is they believe, is not evidence by itself that it is a correct belief.

Note: In one of the video testimonies of Howard Storm he said about humans: “you’re not that bad” which sounds like a contradiction to the rest of his testimony about how sins are so bad that people end up in Hell for them, but he may have mispoke and meant, “You’re not so bad that God can’t forgive you”. But such a statement is not accurate, as the Bible teaches that there is the possiblity of committing the unforgivable sin (to speak against the Holy Spirit), which God won’t forgive, and also there is a cut off point for forgiveness for people who hear the gospel and don’t respond to it or respond to it: if the hear but then despise Christianity, or if they half-heartedly respond (as in only act like a Christian but fail to actually become forgiven) and then abandon Christianity; like the unforgivable sin, there is no possiblity for forgiveness afterwards. I pointed out earlier in this post and on the one on Glenn Kimball, that some people even after seeing God’s wonders (that includes Hell), get worse, not better, and that includes people who become false versions of true Christians, who I’m sure will be among the ones on the Day of Judgment, who will ask God, “but didn’t I sit with you?”

Smug Ian Punnett Spoils the ”Lost” TV Series for Millions of C2C AM Listeners

Yesteday night on Coast to Coast, the host, the awful Ian Punnett, a false Christian, decided to let loose again with his heart and mind to let millions of people know what he was thinking, and right away, spoiled th plot of the very popular TV series, Lost, which I had been hard at work trying to watch. After having spent many weeks trying, I was very disappointed to hear him give the main point away, especially since I’ve been waiting a very long time to watch something original. Ian Punnet, you are a careless, self righteous idiot, jerk, hypocrite, and snorting moron. Ian is so stupid such a stupid fake Christian, that he confidently stated, that the KJV Bible is not a good translation, and that the Bible no where forbids homosexuality, and yet he proudly allows himself to be used as and considered to be a teacher and scholar of the Bible, because, wow: he graduated from a seminary, as if any and every one was  good.
